Dr. Sarah Mitchell
— your place is held —

The first conversation is booked.

A calendar invitation with the call link is on its way to your inbox. I will be there, in a quiet room, looking forward to meeting you.

— before we meet —

A few quiet notes.

01

The email arrives.

Check your inbox within a few minutes. It will include the call time, the secure video link, and a short note from me.

02

You do not need to prepare.

No forms to fill out, no questions to rehearse. Come with whatever you are carrying — that is the whole point.

03

A small window of quiet.

If you can, find a private spot with good signal. If a dog walks through, or a child knocks — that is fine too. Real life is welcome.

04

Twenty minutes, then you decide.

At the end of the call, you are free to continue, to take time to think, or to say this is not quite the right fit. All three are good answers.

You showed up. That is already the hardest part. The rest of the work, we do together.
